What happens to what you type

We do not claim end-to-end encryption. Your messages go to Anthropic so Toloo can reply, then they sit in storage in the EU.

They are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell them. We do not use them to train models.

That is the honest version. If a product tells you a mental-health chat is a sealed vault no company can read, ask them who generates the reply.
